Hosting my first Macramé Pop-Up Shop & Workshop at The Packhouse, Farnham in Surrey
Get ready to swap your scrolling thumb for some creative knots, because we’ll soon be bringing a cozy macramé pop-up and hands-on workshop to The Packhouse, in Farnham, Surrey — and trust us, it’s going to be a day to remember!
A Boho Dream in the Making
Since starting my macrame journey i hav3 always dreamt of having my own space where i could twach others, as well as showcase my artwork, not just to sell but to inspire others, and just share my love for macrame. Nestled in the charming corners of Surrey, is The Packhouse — a lifestyle store that has a mix of vintage, handmade, and one-of-a-kind treasures, an onsite restaurant and cafe!
My macramé pop-up and workshop will be held in The Summer House, which is located between the cafe and the restaurant.
I will be filling the summer house space with all my handmade macramé goodies: plant hangers, wall art, keychains, and of course, disco balls galore. Whether you're a macramé enthusiast or just curious, you'll be more than welcome to come and have a browse. My macrame goods are boho inspired accessories and home decor made from 100% cotton.
Macramé & Mindfulness
The highlight of the day will be my intimate macrame habger workshop. With limited spaces we will gather with lovely, like-minded people for a relaxing session of learning the art of macrame. Each guest will receive their own macramé kit and all the guidance needed to create a beautiful macrame hanger for your favourite plant or disco ball. No experience required — just good vibes and a willingness to get a little loopy (in the best way). You can pre order your disco ball when booking your workshop space, or I will have a handful available on the day.
Crafting Connection
This won’t just be about making pretty things (though that will definitely happen) — it’ll be about slowing down, connecting with others, and enjoying the mindful rhythm of creating something with your hands in the beautiful setting at The Packhouse. I guarantee you’ll leave with a smile, a new skill, and something proudly handmade by you!
Fancy Joining Me?
The pop up shop and macrame workshop is on the Saturday 3rd May. I will be there from 10am to 5pm, and there are 2 time slots available for the wrokshops. The times are 10:30 am and 14:15, this means you have time to make a day of it and broswe all the beautiful things in my pop up shop as well as at The Packhouse. You may even want to stop off at the onsite Restaurant or Cafe for a bite to eat or some tea and cake!
